The second episode of My Super Fiancé turns up the tension, romance, and glamour as Trevor struggles to articulate the events of his run-in with the human traffickers in the Burroughs the night before. Once complete, Cole decides to celebrate his fiancé’s with a quiet burger date… but not everything goes as planned.

Their homophobic neighbor, Mr. Brindle, corners them in a blatant act of harassment. When he grabs Trevor, Cole steps in — and Brindle’s attempt at intimidation backfires, leaving him with a broken wrist and a new revenge plan.

Meanwhile, the Grand Duchess tests her theory about MoonShadow’s connection to Trevor at her dazzling Champagne Gala, — when the intrepid reporter is sent to cover the debut performance of J-pop newcomers NAMBAboys. With the spectral assistance of her attendant, she finally uncovers Cole’s secret: he’s is a spectral – and if she’s correct, MoonShadow.

Even still, fate intervenes and she ends up gifting Cole a strange pair of magical earrings that once belong to the Empress Kagubi, the first Spectral on earth.

It’s a strange, but sweepingly romantic evening. However, it ends in disaster….

When Cole and Trevor return home, Cole is arrested on false assault charges, courtesy of Brindle’s escalating vendetta.

Inspired by the neon, bubblegum flair of Jem and the Holograms, episode two also introduces Klue, The Daily Wave’s new photographer — a stylish wildcard inspired by Travis Japan’s pet tiger, Umi — and he’s a character destined to shake things up!
